Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was sunny with calm winds. The winds were from the west south-west switching to the north-east late in the day at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.

Around the Buxton beaches there were blow toads and sea mullet reported.  Over on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches a few bluefish were caught.

The inshore boats had good catches of gray trout and bluefish around Hatteras Inlet.

The offshore boats had good balckfin tuna fishing, some big gaffer dolphin and a few wahoo.
