Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was partly sunny with some gusty winds. The winds were from the north at 10-20 mph with gusts to 30 mph and the temperatures were in the low 50’s.

The blow toads and sea mullets are still being caught at Cape Point, the Frisco beach and on the Hatteras beach but the number of catches were not as good today with the water being murky and stirred up.  Some Puppy drum did show up on the Hatteras beach today.

No boats fishing inshore and only one boat out offshore today.  They caught some amber jacks and one nice 54 lb grouper.
