Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was partly sunny with very low temperatures.  The winds were from the north-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 20’s.  We are expecting lows tonight in the teens and warming up tomorrow to around 22 degrees.

With the frigid temperatures and slow fishing I have no reports of any fish caught from the beaches of Hatteras Island.  I did have one guy heading out on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches but he never reported back.  My guess he caught nothing.

No boats out today inshore or offshore.

Keeping your head warm is the key to keeping your body temperature regulated, and this beanie is a superior thermal insulator – it sheds water, wicks moisture from you scalp and keeps you warm and comfortable no matter what the conditions.   This Cap really works well in these really cold conditions.  I been wearing one the last few days and I stay nice and toasty.  No Kidding!!!
