Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was a little overcast.  The sun did peek through this afternoon.  It was a nice day on Hatteras Island, we had a high of 65F.  The winds were out of the north this morning, switching tonight to the north-north-west.

Buxton beaches had reports of sea mullet, blow toads, bluefish and puppy drum.  Cape Point had some bluefish, sharks and a few big drum.  Frisco had a few bluefish, sea mullet and sharks.

The inshore boats had good catches of drum, both keeper and over the slot size.  Pictured below is Bak Bar Sportfishing with a nice red drum they caught today.
