Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was another hot one, we hit a high of 91F today.  SE winds started in the afternoon  and blew 10 mph down to 5.

The fishing has slowed down just a little.  Avon reports sea mullet and croaker.  Buxton had bluefish and croaker.  Here in Frisco, we had reports of bluefish and pompano.  Hatteras had 1 drum, 1 cobia, sea mullet and bluefish.

The inshore boats had red drum, a cobia, bluefish and spanish mackerel.  Pictured below is Bak Bar Sportfishing with a cobia caught today.

The offshore boats brought back some dolphin, blackfin tuna, a few wahoo and some bottom fish to the docks today.  There were a couple of sailfish released today also.
