Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Winds took a break today. We had North-west winds at 5-10 mph. the temperatures was around 60 throughout the day. Today started off cloudy but cleared up late in the morning.

Fishing picked up today. In Avon there was some sea-mullet caught from the beach. From the Buxton beach all the way to Hatteras there was bluefish and blow-toads caught. In Buxton there was a sheepshead caught at Ramp 43 earlier today.

Inshore today there was a good bluefish bite. There as a few schools of red drum seen but only a handful were caught.

Not many offshore boats fished today but there was some black-fin tuna biting. There was some amberjacks caught as well.
