Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Cooler temperatures today in the lower 60’s. We had North-East winds at 5-10 mph. The skies were cloudy for most of the day.

From the beach today the fishing slowed down. In Avon there was sea-mullet. In Buxton there was some red drum and bluefish at the point. Here in Frisco the bluefish were biting. There was also a 10lb sheepshead weighed in. In Hatteras there was smaller bluefish.

Inshore today the fishing was good. There was some grey trout caught and the larger sized bluefish were biting.

Offshore today there was anther great day of black-fin tuna. The yellow-fin tuna were biting today as well. There were wahoo and dolphin caught today also.
