Today we had a high of 89F. The winds were out of the east-south-east today around 5 mph. The temperature did drop about 4 degrees during the eclipse.
Avon Pier has reported small cobia and pompano today. The sea mullet, pompano and bluefish are scattered along the beaches.
The inshore boats are getting clams, limits of drum and a few speckled trout.
The offshore boats came back with flags flying. There were lots of sailfish released, good wahoo, few blackfin tuna and few dolphin.
