Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had sunny skies and more humidity. The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperature were in the upper 80’s.
Out at Cape Point on Shelly Island another good day catching bluefish and spanish mackerel were reported. Over on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches bluefish and sea mullet were reported.
The inshore boats had excellent puppy drum action, good bluefish and speckled trout catches in the Pamlico Sound today.
The offshore boats caught lots of wahoo, a few dolphin and a few sailfish were released.
