Today our high was 78?F.  We started off with light rain and winds out of the northeast, 8-11 mph.  The rain increased throughout the day.  The winds have increased tonight and will switch out of the southeast later.

The only report I have is from this morning from the Hatteras beach, before the conditions went downhill.  There was a couple of spanish mackerel and sea mullet caught.
