Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was an all day rain event.  The winds were out of the east this morning, switched to the northeast this evening.  The winds blew around 10 mph this morning, but kicked up a notch or two this afternoon coming in at 20 mph and the gusts were much higher.
There are no beach, inshore or offshore fishing reports for today.
