Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Another gorgeous day here on the island.! High temperature for today was 68F with winds out of the NE at 3mph at the time of this post. Couldn’t ask for a much better day here in November. The winds will be picking up slightly tomorrow but will still be out of the NE.
Avon beaches reported catching Sea Mullet, Blowtoads, Black Drum and puppy Drum.
The point was the place to be today with anglers catching puppy Drum, Black Drum, Sea Mullet and large citation size Red Drum.
Here in Frisco off of ramp 49 we had a variety of fish today, some Black Drum, Sea Mullet, Spot, couple of sharks and some rays.

Rodanthe Pier– no report
Avon Pier– no report
Offshore boats had a great day with the weather being perfect. They came back with limits of King Mackerel and citation size Blackfin Tuna. Several Billfish were also caught and released today as well.
Inshore boats also did well with Red Drum and Trout.
