Tomorrow the temps will be nearly the same while winds will increase. Winds are expected to get up to 24mph with gusts up to 30mph. Rain is moving in and the rest of the week will be filled with it. We should begin to see stronger effects from Tropical Storm Debby tomorrow evening or Thursday morning. The biggest concern from Debby is flooding and there is already a few spots on NC 12 that have standing water so drive with caution.
