Windy Kiser of Belmont NC caught this nice 20 lb 8 oz black drum while fishing over Ramp 55 in Hatteras on Friday the 31st of May. Nice Catch Windy!!!

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was sunny and warmer. The winds were from the south at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s.
The Buxton beaches had sea mullet and bluefish. Out at Cape Point some spanish mackerel and bluefish were reported. The Frisco beach had some sea mullet, bluefish and pompano. A nice 1 lb 7 oz pompano caught by James Beadle over on the Frisco beach is pictured below.
The Hatteras beaches had some sea mullet, flounder, bluefish and croakers caught.The inshore boats had good catches of spanish mackerel and cobia. The Pamlico Sound produced some nice speckled and gray trout and some puppy drum. and big red drum reported.
The offshore boats had another good day of dolphin fishing and a few blackfin tuna. Today’s billfish bite was even better today than yesterday with 10 blue marlin and 2 white marlin released. Pictured below is a nice blue marlin release aboard my budddy’s boat the “Whatever”. Pretty work guys. They also released one on Wednesday.

Today was sunny and warm. The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s.
The Buxton beaches had sea mullet, bluefish and pompano. Out at Cape Point the spanish mackerel and bluefish bite was pretty good, with some sharks and skates mixed in. The Picture below is the spanish mackerel catch this morning by Eric Partin and family from Cape Point. Pretty work guys!!!
The Frisco and Hatteras beach had some sea mullet, bluefish, pompano and sheeps head.
The inshore boats had good catches of spanish mackerel and some good catches of cobia. The Pamlico Sound produced some nice speckled trout and some puppy drum.
The offshore boats had a good day of dolphin fishing and a few blackfin tuna. Today’s billfish bite was better today with 4 blue marlin, 2 white marlin and a sailfish released. The “Swordfish” charter boat released 3 blue marlins today.

Today we had another nice and sunny day. The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s.
The Buxton beaches had nice size sea mullet and a few pompano. Out at Cape Point there were spanish mackerel, a few cobia, a few big red drum and sharks reported. The Frisco beach had some sea mullet, bluefish, pompano and puppy drum. Down on the Hatteras beach there were some big drum, sea mullet, bluefish and pompano caught.
The inshore boats had good catches of bluefish and spanish mackerel. Some decent catches of cobia were reported as well.
The offshore boats had a good day of dolphin fishing. A few yellowfin and blackfin tuna were caught along with grouper and a white marlin and a blue marlin were released.
