Today was the kind of cold that makes my bones hurt. Well, joints, but you get the point. The high was 34 while the low was 23 with light to gentle winds. Gusts up to 29mph. There was no doubt today was cold. What started as rain this morning has led into snow this evening. A little “sound effect” band that effected parts of Dare, Hyde, and Tyrell counties.
