We should begin to see stronger effects from Tropical Storm Debby tomorrow evening or Thursday morning. The biggest concern from Debby is flooding and there is already a few spots on NC 12 that have standing water so drive with caution.

While Tropical Storm Debby’s path is looking to track a little more inland, we’re still going to see rain and potential flooding.
