Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had rain and wind! The temperature was in the upper 50’s, but with the wind felt cooler. The winds were out of the NNE 16-20 mph with higher gusts.

There is very little going on right now. No one can get on or off the island, because of several spots along Hwy 12. A good source of information is The Island Free Press

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had temperatures in the low 60’s and rain. The winds were out of the NNE at 5-12 mph, with higher gusts.

Today there were a few folks out braving the weather. There were a couple of big drum caught at the Point in the morning and night time up til about 1 am there were a dozen or so caught and released. Hatteras had a few speckled trout reported.

The inshore boats stayed at the dock today.

The offshore fleet stayed at the dock today.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was partly cloudy with temperatures warming up a little to the low 60s. Winds calmed down to 10mph NNE-ENE.

There were Black Drum and Red Drum caught in Avon. Fishing down in Hatteras was HOT!! with plenty of fish being caught. Fish included Puppy Drum, Black Drum, and Pompano on cut bait and Speckled Trout on grubs.

Today was we had a cold front push across the island. Temperatures were down in the low 40s, with winds 20mph from the NNE.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was a beautiful day across Hatteras Island. We reached a high around 69F with light southwest winds.

Here in Frisco we had speckled trout, some folks catching their limit. Also being caught were sea mullet and blowtoads. Hatteras had speckled trout as well, along with puppy drum and blowtoads.

The inshore boats had puppy drum..

The offshore boats returned to the docks with catches of king mackerel and blackfin tuna.
