Coming into the end of the week with a windy and overcast day. Our high temperature was 72F. Winds are out of the South currently at 40mph. We have a GALE WARNING active from 3pm Thursday through 3am Friday. HIGH SURF ADVISORY as well through Friday at 8am.

Rough surf and wind made for a quiet day surf fishing.

Sunny day for the most part today with a high temperature of 64F. Windy tomorrow with rain in the afternoon. HIGH SURF ADVISORY for Thursday 4pm until Friday at 6am. Winds this evening are out of the South around 23mph.

Puppy Drum were caught today from Avon to Hatteras. Not a lot but enough to get out there and try. We have plenty of fresh Mullet in the shop.

Some inshore boats headed out from Hatteras today and caught Bluefish, Sea Bass and Sheepshead.

Starting off the week with another sunny but chilly day. Our high temperature here in Frisco was 55F. Currently we have winds out of the West around 29mph. Cooling off more tomorrow before the temps jump back up mid week.

There were fish to be found if you didn’t mind the winds. Puppy Drum were caught from Avon to Frisco on cut bait. Some Sea Mullet were also caught here off of ramp 49.

The Bait Man hinted at going out tomorrow morning for fresh mullet. Keep your fingers crossed that he can get out in the sound…..

Sunny and windy today with a high temperature of 59F. Winds this evening are out of the NW at 26mph. More of the same weather tomorrow as well.

Avon reported catches of small Bluefish and puppy Drum.

Lots of sharks at the point.

Saw a couple of puppy Drum caught down in Hatteras as well.

Sunny and a bit windy today with a high of 63F. Winds are out of the NW currently at 23mph. A little bit cooler for the next couple of days.

If you didn’t mind the wind, there were some fish to be caught off the surf today.

Lots of sharks at the point earlier. Avon reported Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Black Drum and puppy Drum in their area.

Surf was really rough here in Frisco, all was quiet at the shop.

One inshore boat went out and braved it from Hatteras and they did very well with Red Drum.
