Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was sunny with a little bit of humidity. The winds were from the south-east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s.
In Avon they had reports of Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. Up on the Buxton beaches some bluefish, sea mullet and spanish mackerel were caught. Over on the Frisco beach Sea Mullet and Bluefish were reported. Down on the Hatteras beach bluefish and pompano were caught.
The inshore boats had real good spanish mackerel and bluefish catches along with a few puppy drum fishing in the Pamlico sound.
The offshore boats had catches of dolphin, yellowfin tuna and black fin tuna, king mackerel and a few wahoo. A white marlin and sailfish were released.
