Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today in Frisco the weather was mostly cloudy with light rain showers. We had south-west winds 5-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 70’s. Fishing was slow today. A few bluefish on the Buxton beaches and a decent amount of small sea mullet and a few blues on the Hatteras beach. The inshore boats had a good day catching flounder and bluefish as well as some gray and speckled trout. The offshore gaffer dolphin fishing was really good and there were a few blackfin tuna mixed in. A white marlin and a sailfish were released today. After the first day of the Hatteras Village Offshore Open there were two blue marlin releases one by “Hammertime” and one by “Sea Striker”. The one white marlin was released by “Magic Moment”.
