Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today was nice and sunny. Frisco had east winds this morning switching to the south west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s. The Buxton beaches had some real good fishing today. Bluefish, sea mullet and blow toads were caught along with a few puppy drum. The Frisco Beach had some sea mullet and blow toads. With the south-west winds chances are the big drum will show themselves at Cape Point tonight and there are guys making the trek by foot to hopefully take advantage. Offshore today the rain squalls had a few water spouts in with them. Dolphin fishing was really good offshore today. A few blackfin tuna and wahoo were also caught. Below the “Sea Creature” charter boat had some good dolphin fishing with a nice shot of one eating a pink Islander Lure.
