Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The Weather in Frisco was sunny and really nice again today. We had north-east winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s. Over on the Frisco beach there were excellent catches of bluefish and some small puppy drum. Out at Cape Point the bluefish action was really good, a few spanish mackerel, pompano and puppy drum were also caught. On the Hatteras beach there were flounder, bluefish, puppy drum and sea mullet reported. The inshore boats had good speckled and gray trout fishing today. The offshore billfish bite was awesome today with 18 sailfish, 5 white marlin and 3 blue marlin released. The “Hatteras Fever II” had a double grand slam plus six more sailfish. The “Godspeed” had grand slam too. The wahoo fishing was good and a few blackfin tuna and dolphin were also caught.
