Cloud cover made for a cooler day today. The Temperatures were in the mid 80’s. Winds were from the West and cam in the morning turning North mid day and back West late in the afternoon.
Slower fishing from the beach today. Sea-mullet, spot and croaker were caught off the Avon beach and from the pier. In Buxton there was spanish mackerel and bluefish were caught. Here in Frisco there was croaker biting. In Hatteras the small bluefish made short appearance.
Inshore today there was bluefish and spanish mackerel just outside the inlet. Red drum fishing slowed down in the sound but picked up outside of the inlet.
Offshore started off slow today. The Dolphin bite picked up in the afternoon. There was white marlin and sailfish released today. There was a fair wahoo bite today.
