Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today in Frisco the sun was shining. We had north-west winds switching to the east at 10-20 mph with gusts in the upper 20’s. The temperatures were in the mid 70’s. Some puppy drum were caught on the Avon beaches along with a few sea mullet. The Frisco beaches were pretty good with some big bluefish, croaker and a few pompano. The inshore boats had some good bluefish and spanish mackerel fishing. There were a few cobia’s caught today as well. Fishing offshore was not quite as good as yesterday, but still pretty decent gaffer dolphin fishing, a few wahoo, some blackfin tuna and a nice snowy grouper. Below a picture of the catch from the “Release” charter boat including the 35 lb snowy grouper.
