Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The Weather in Frisco was mostly sunny. We had south-west winds 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s. Fishing from the beach was pretty good from the Avon and Hatteras beaches. They caught sea mullet, spot, bluefish and some flounder. The Frisco beach had a few sea mullet. The inshore boats had good fishing. Good spanish mackerel and bluefish catches. The flounder, speckled and gray trout fishing was real good as well. A few cobias were also caught. The Offshore boats had a much better day today. The dolphin fishing was pretty good about 15-30 were caught per boat. The wahoo bite was also good. A few sailfish and white marlin were released from the Hatteras Fleet. Bottom fishing was good with sea bass, triggerfish, tilefish and grouper being caught. One of the wahoos that the “Godspeed” charter boat caught today is pictured below.

This is one of AFTCO’s newest fishing board shorts. The first thing you’ll notice after the beautiful Wahoo fish pattern is how light and comfortable these board shorts are. A great day on the beach or the boat starts with comfortable and stylish boardshorts.
