Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The Weather in Frisco was mostly sunny and nice. We had north winds for a change. The winds were 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s. Cape Point fishing was pretty good. Spanish mackerel and bluefish were caught on lures and sharks on cut bait. The Frisco beach had good sea mullet fishing, some citation size. Spot, croaker and bluefish were also caught. Down on the Hatteras beach flounder, sea mullet and bluefish were reported. The inshore boats caught spanish mackerel and bluefish. In the Pamlico sound good speckled trout and puppy drum were caught. The offshore boats caught limits of dolphin, a few blackfin tuna and some nice wahoo. The billfishing was good too. Two white marlin and two sailfish were released today. One of the citation 65 lb wahoos caught today aboard the “Sea Creature” charter boat is pictured below.
