Around Cape Point the bluefish bite was really good along with a few spanish mackerel. The Frisco beach had some bluefish and flounder reported. Down on the Hatteras beach a mix of bluefish, sea mullet, puppy drum and spot were caught. The inshore boats had a really good day of speckled trout fishing. The offshore bite was pretty good today. A few wahoo, dolphin and blackfin tuna were caught and the sailfish bite was really good today. There were 14 sailfish, 2 blue marlin and 3 white marlin released today.
