Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The Weather in Frisco was sunny and the winds were calm today. We had south-east winds at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s. Up on the Avon beach some spot, sea mullet, small puppy drum and bluefish were reported. At Cape Point some good bluefish catches were reported early in the morning. In the afternoon the bluefish and spanish mackerel showed up. A few sea mullet were caught as well. The Frisco and Hatteras beaches had some bluefish, sea mullet and some flounder. The inshore boats had excellent spanish mackerel and bluefish out in the ocean around Hatteras Inlet and Cape Point. Inside the Pamlico Sound the puppy drum and speckled and gray trout fishing was good. The offshore boats had good dolphin, a few wahoo and one white marlin released. Some good bottom fishing with trigger fish, snappers, tilefish and grouper were caught.
