Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island: Today the weather in Frisco was overcast with some gusty winds. We had north north-east winds 10-15 mph with some gust to 25 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 50’s. Tuesday night and Wednesday the low pressure is supposed to be off our coast and producing winds north to north-west at 30 mph with rain showers.
On the Avon beach good puppy drum and some blow toads were caught. The Buxton beaches had puppy drum, bluefish and a few blow toads and speckled trout. Over on the Frisco beach the puppy drum, bluefish and speckled trout bite was pretty good. The Hatteras beach had some decent puppy drum, bluefish, a few flounder and speckled trout catches.
No boats fishing today.
