Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island: Today the weather in Frisco was sunny, calm and warm. We had south-east winds 5 mph with the temperatures in the mid 70’s.
Up on the Avon beach there were puppy drum, bluefish, sea mullet and a few speckled trout caught. The Buxton beach and out at Cape Point they had bluefish, sea mullet and puppy drum. Over on the Frisco beach some nice speckled trout, we weighed one at 4 lb 2 ozs, puppy drum and bluefish were caught.
Offshore fishing was good again today with nice weather. Good dolphin and blackfin tuna catches with a few yellowfin tuna.
