Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

We had overcast skies with light rain showers in the morning and heavy rain by dark.  The winds were from the north-east at 15-25 mph and the temperatures were in the low 50’s. Our sand road at Mirlo Beach was passable all day.  I have not heard about the 6pm high tide today.  There was concern of overwash.  We do have north-east winds for the next few days with this cool front moving through.  We hope the work on Hwy 12 with sand bags and dune rebuilding keeps our road rebuilding time line intact.

With the weather conditions a mess there were no reports of any fish caught from anywhere.

No boats fished inshore or offshore today.
