Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

We had a hot day today, at least for January with sunny skies.  The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 70’s.

Fishing today was decent.  Good catches of puppy drum over on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches.

We have no reports of any boats fishing inshore or offshore although i’m sure there were puppy drum and a few speckled trout caught in the Pamlico Sound today as the conditions were real similar to the last few days.
