Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
We had a mostly sunny day. The winds were from the north at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 40’s.
The beaches were cold again today and there were some fish caught. The sea mullet fishing was just as good today as it was yesterday on the Hatteras Beach down near the Inlet. There were also some skates caught.
Some good bottom fishing has been reported with tilefish, black sea bass and a few yellowfin tuna trolling today.
The picture below is over ramp 55 in Hatteras today with some of the sea mullet action along with a pelican trying to get in on the action.
Your 4 Wheel drive is not complete without and quality rod rack from Anglers Fish n Mate. This Surf Mate Jr holds up to a 72 qt cooler with 8 rod holders.
