Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

It was mostly sunny today.  The winds were from the north-west 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 50’s. The ocean has calmed down quite a bit today.

The Hatteras- Ocracoke Ferry is back up and running.  They are using an alternative route which will take 60-70 minutes to cross until the primary route is finished.

The only report I have from the beaches were some dog sharks on the Frisco beach.

No boats fishing inshore and a few fishing offshore today.  Some blackfin tuna, amberjacks, tilefish, sharks and a dolphin were caught today.
