Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
It was sunny today. The winds were from the north-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures in the low 50’s. Pretty much just like yesterday.
The fishing today had bit more variety. Out around Cape Point the puppy drum made a showing in the morning along with some dog sharks. The Frisco beach is still producing a few blow toads and down on the Hatteras beaches the blow toads, sea mullet and a few flounder are being caught.
No boats fishing inshore. Offshore today was very exciting for the few boats fishing with big bluefin tuna and one est. 400 lb blue marlin release on the “Tuna Duck” charter boat. Pictured below is the blue marlin release on the “Tuna Duck” which is the first blue marlin release of the year out oh Hatteras, and the “God Speed ” charter boat with their 90″ 366 lb bluefin tuna.

Bonze UV Ice Series Jackhammer
Fish commit suicide over this lure. The baby brother of the Violator and Behemoth it has had a lot to live up to and it has not let the family down. With it’s heavily weighted insert and scalloped face it has just enough wiggle to cause trouble!
