Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had partly sunny skies with some rain showers early in the morning with cloudy skies moving in late in the afternoon. The winds were from the south-west early at 5-10 mph, then switching to the north-east at 15-20 mph. The temperatures were in the mid 80’s
On the Buxton beach there were catches of spot, croaker and pompano reported. The Frisco beach had some sea mullet and bluefish. The Hatteras beach had sea mullet, bluefish, spot, pompano and flounder reported..
The inshore boats caught bluefish and puppy drum, with a few speckled trout. The offshore boats had good dolphin and wahoo fishing and a few blackfin tuna and one yellowfin tuna. 3 sailfish, a blue marlin and white marlin were released today.
