Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had sunny skies with temperatures in the low 80’s. The winds were from the south-west at 5-10 mph.
The Buxton beaches had catches of bluefish. Out at Cape Point lots of bluefish and some puppy drum were reported. The Frisco beaches had some bluefish, sea mullet and a few pompano. Hatteras beaches had real good catches of bluefish and puppy drum.
The inshore boats had lots of bluefish and speckled trout with limits of puppy drum caught in the Pamlico Sound.
The offshore boats had limits of dolphin and good wahoo and yellowfin and black fin tuna caught. 4 sailfish were released today out of Hatteras.
