Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

We had clear skies today, with a high of 77.  We had  winds from the north-north-east at 5-15 mph.

Buxton beaches had reports of puppy drum, sea mullet, bluefish and pompano.  On down in Hatteras there were bluefish, pompano, spot, flounder and puppy drum.

There was a good bite of red drum for the inshore boats today.  The offshore boats had catches of wahoo, yellowfin and blackfin tuna.  The picture below is from Tightlines Rca Charter with a nice drum.
