Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had sunny skies with a few rain showers.. We had south-west winds 5 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 70’s.
Today on the Buxton beaches a few puppy drum and flounder were reported. On the Frisco beaches some flounder, blow toads and bluefish were caught. Down on the Hatteras beaches small flounder, puppy drum and bluefish were caught.
The inshore boats had pretty good puppy drum catches and some speckled trout.
The offshore boats had excellent king mackerel fishing with several citations. The blackfin tuna and wahoo fishing was good. The picture below is the “Good Times” charter boat with a stud 90 lb wahoo caught live bait fishing today.
