Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was mostly sunny. The winds were from the north at 5 to 10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 40’s.
On the Buxton beaches and out at Cape Point the puppy drum catches were really good. A couple of red drum over 40 inches were caught out at Cape Point. Over on the Frisco beach and by the Frisco Pier good puppy drum and a few nice speckled trout were caught early this morning.
There is no inshore or offshore charter fishing reports for today.

The STEALTH Watch Cap Beanie can provide the excellent warmth with a bit more peripheral vision, all while allowing you to blend into the scenery. Worn together, the hood and beanie provide maximum protection and heat retention. Keeping your head warm is the key to keeping your body temperature regulated, and this beanie is a superior thermal insulator – it sheds water, wicks moisture from you scalp and keeps you warm and comfortable no matter what the conditions.
