Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was mostly overcast with light rain early. The winds were from the north at 5 mph switching to the east and increasing to 15-30 mph with heavier rain showers  and the temperatures were in the low 40’s  in creasing to the mid 60’s.

There were a few puppy drum and speckled trout caught on the Buxton beaches  Out at Cape Point a few puppy drum were reported.  Over on the Frisco beach  a few puppy drum were caught over ramp 49 . Lots of black drum reported out at Frisco Pier on shrimp.

There is no inshore or offshore charter fishing reports for today.
