Here is is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had steady snow showers all day. We have 6.5 inches of snow on the ground right now. The winds were from the north-east at 15-20 mph with gusts in the 30’s. The temperatures were hanging around 31-32 degrees all day. The roads have been pretty good with mostly slushy snow with very little ice.
Even though we had snow, it did not keep folks from catching those puppy drum. We had reports of some catching over 50 puppy drum on the Frisco Beach today over on Ramp 49. The picture below is PJ Williams with one of many puppy drum he caught today while fishing on the Frisco Beach. Pretty work PJ and thank you for the picture..
There is no inshore or offshore report today.
