Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
The day started out clear with a temperature around 57F, it did not stay that way long. By lunch time winds had switched to the north-north-east and temperatures started to drop and the rain moved in. Winds are blowing 15-20 mph and are suppose to pick up even more.
Cape Point had puppy drum this morning. Ramp 49 had puppy drum this morning on bait. The bite was good before the winds picked up.
There is no inshore or offshore report for today.
