Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was another nice day.  We had sunny skies with the winds from the south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 50’s.

The puppy drum bite out at Cape Point in Buxton is back.  Several puppy drum were caught their today.  On the Frisco beach at Ramp 49 only a few scattered puppy drum were reported.

There is no inshore report today.  The offshore fishing was decent today.  Boats caught some blackfin tuna. Black sea bass and trigger fish were caught while bottom fishing,
