Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had wonderful day. The winds were from the south-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 60’s.
On the Buxton beaches some blow toads were reported. The puppy drum bite was a little slower on the Frisco beach but some were caught this morning. Reports of sea mullet down on the Hatteras beaches also came in today.
The inshore boats had some decent puppy drum fishing in the Pamlico Sound. The offshore boats caught tile fish and trigger fish. The “Tuna Duck” charter boat came across a school of cobia on the way home today and hooked up 3 nice cobia for the ride home. The picture is the biggest of 51 lbs.

The Blue Water Candy Mama Jama Jig with gold spoon will really lure in the cobia that are just offshore of Hatteras Island.
