Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was pretty nice and sunny with a little more wind. The winds were from the south-west at 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 70’s.
Up on the Avon beach sea mullet and blow toads were reported today. Around the Buxton beach sea mullet, blow toads and gray trout were caught. Out at Cape Point a couple of big red drum were released. There were several released last night. The Frisco beach fishing was good with sea mullet, pompano and blow toads. Down on the Hatteras beach sea mullet, blow toads and bluefish were reported.
Mary Lee caught a nice citation 1 lb 10 oz sea mullet and a 1 lb 13 oz pompano on the Frisco beach today. Pretty Work!!!
The inshore boats caught lots of bluefish in the Pamlico Sound.
The offshore boats had good dolphin catches, some nice citation black fin tuna and wahoo.
