Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was pretty much the same as yesterday, nice and sunny with a little wind. The winds were from the south-west at 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 70’s.
Up on the Avon beach sea mullet were reported today. Around the Buxton beach sea mullet, blow toads and black drum were caught. Out at Cape Point lots of big red drum were released this morning and most of the day. The Frisco beach had bluefish, sea mullet and puppy drum reported..
The inshore boats caught lots of bluefish and a few big red drum around Hatteras Inlet.
The offshore boats had good dolphin and black fin tuna catches.
