Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was a cool, overcast day. We had a high of 66F and north winds between 5-9 mph.
The fish were scattered about today. Avon had catches of sea mullet and some blowtoads. Buxton had reports of puppy drum and some yearling size drum. Here in Frisco, just some sea mullet. Down in Hatteras were some sea mullet, bluefish and flounder.
The inshore boats had good catches of spanish mackerel, a few gray trout and scattered red drum.
The offshore boats had good catches of dolphin, mostly gaffers. They also had catches of blackfin tun and some nice grouper. One blue and two white marlins were released today.
