Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Great weather today. Temperatures were in the mid 70’s for most of the morning and warmed up to upper 80’s late in the afternoon. Winds were from the North-West most of the day turning South-West late in the afternoon also.
From the beach today the fishing was slower again. In Avon off the beach and pier there was sea-mullet, spot, and croaker caught. In Buxton there was Flounder biting. In Frisco and Hatteras there was sea-mullet caught.
Inshore today there was A great puppy drum and red drum bite. There was also a few speckled trout caught.
Near shore today the spanish mackerel and bluefish were biting great.
Offshore today there was rough conditions but fair fishing.Black-fin tuna, and dolphin were biting good today. There was a scattere wahoo caught as well.
