Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Few clouds around again today. The temperatures were in the lower 80’s. Winds were from the North-East at 5-10 mph in the morning picking up to 10-15 mph in the afternoon.
Slow fishing off the beach today. In Avon there was sea-mullet caught in the morning. Off the pier there was sea-mullet and croaker biting. Buxton beach had a few sea-mullet caught. Here in Frisco there was sea-mullet and croaker biting. Hatteras beach there was rough conditions.
Red drum fishing is still the hot topic of the inshore fishing with keepers and citations being caught. Grey trout were biting this morning as well.
Offshore today fishing slowed down a little. Dolphin and yellow-fin tuna were scattered. Blackfin-tuna and wahoo were biting good.
